1. Who we are
This website, laaganan.com, is operated by Laaganan Skybar & Restaurant, located at Rubenian National Highway, Brgy. Geotina, Basilisa (Rizal), 8413 Dinagat Islands, Philippines. You can reach us at laagananskybar@gmail.com or 0917 552 6699.
2. Using this website
This site is here to help you learn about Laaganan, view our menu, and submit reservation or event inquiries. You agree to use it only for those purposes — not to submit false information, attempt to disrupt the site, or copy its content for commercial use without asking us first.
3. Reservations
Submitting a reservation form is a request, not a confirmed booking. We confirm every reservation by Messenger or phone, usually within the hour. Walk-ins are always welcome regardless of whether you have reserved.
No prepayment is required to reserve a table. If your plans change, please message us so we can release the table for other guests, especially on weekends when railing tables are limited.
4. Event bookings
Event and catering inquiries submitted through this site are the start of a conversation, not a confirmed booking. Capacity, pricing, and availability are confirmed directly with our team. A deposit or downpayment may be required to hold an event date — we will tell you the exact amount and terms before you commit to anything.
Catering package pricing shown on this site reflects current rates at the time of publishing and is subject to change. The rate that applies to your event is the one confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
5. Menu and pricing
We update the menu PDF linked on this site regularly, but prices and item availability can change without notice, particularly for seasonal or market-priced items. The prices you see in person or on your bill are the ones that apply.
6. Content and photos
Photos, descriptions, and copy on this site belong to Laaganan Skybar & Restaurant unless otherwise credited. Guest reviews quoted on this site are used with attribution from public Google reviews.
7. No liability for third-party links
This site links to Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and Google Maps. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their content, availability, or how they handle your data once you leave our site.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business grows. The version posted here is always the current one. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
